The treatment with the use of fruit acids can be performed both at home and in beauty salons. Home remedies are the most common concentration not exceeding 15 %. Read cosmetic labels carefully, because the acid concentration is below 5 % gives us little effect. Using this type of cosmetics requires regularity and patience.

We will notice the first effects after 3-4 weeks. You may experience a slight tingling sensation during application, pinching, and the skin after the treatment may be slightly red. It's worth it, so use a lower concentration of acid first, so that the skin has time to gradually get used to it.
The most appropriate time to use fruit acids are periods, where there is little sunlight, So fall is the perfect time to do this, turn off, or possibly early spring.

The use of such preparations in the summer should be avoided, because the skin is much more sensitive as a result of the action of acids (devoid of the top - horny layer of the epidermis). Remember to use creams with a high UV filter, even during the winter.

High treatments sq. concentration. AHA (50-70%) are performed only in beauty or dermatological offices. Only an experienced dermatologist will select the appropriate concentration of acid for our skin and provide tips on how to care for the skin after the procedure.

The effects are often visible after the first treatment. The skin is noticeably smoother, brighter. Sometimes there may be side effects in the form of redness or severe peeling of the skin. We have to repeat the procedure several times, so that the effect is as expected. The price of one treatment is about PLN 100-200.
