Diet and skin problems

Diet and skin problems.

In many articles on diet we can find, that she is the main problem with the complexion. From my experience, I have observed an increase in acne lesions during my period, in which there was actually a greater amount of sweets in my diet, mainly chocolate and chips, pizza itp. i.e. typical “junk food”.
Certainly, the body, getting rid of harmful processed products, also excretes them through the skin, which is characterized by the deterioration of our complexion. However, I don't think so, to be the direct cause of acne especially, when we only make occasional deviations from a healthy diet.
Many women feel a greater craving for something sweet before their period. Personally, I'm ashamed to admit it, I can often eat a whole bar of chocolate - these days I'm a terrible glutton. The next day, it is not uncommon for a new skin lesion to appear on my face in the form of a huge pimple. And is this the cause of this chocolate bar eaten, Or maybe it's just a storm of hormones?

For several years I have been trying to eat properly and have introduced more fruits and vegetables to my menu- I do not clutter my body with artificial processed products such as chips, sweets, itp. I realize how important it is to hydrate our body from the inside, that's why I drink every day 1,5-2 liter of water. It's not just mineral water. I often drink green tea, or yerba mate. These teas perfectly cleanse the body of unnecessary toxins, improve metabolism, and most importantly, they provide our body with the necessary micro and macro elements.

A well-chosen diet, so this, which provides our body with all the necessary nutrients definitely improves our well-being, as well as external appearance. However, in my opinion, it does not have a decisive influence on skin changes such as post-pubertal acne. In my case, strict adherence to the diet did not save me from this problem.
