Squeeze the pimple!

Squeeze the pimple!

Squeezing pimples, skin changes, you exacerbate troublesome symptoms. This is how we spread bacteria all over the face, and the resulting wounds are the gates of inflammation, which in turn causes ugly discoloration on the skin as well as permanent scars, which are not rarely memories for life. Probably each of us is aware of this, but sometimes before we think about it, it's too late. Wounds after pimples heal much longer and if not skillfully squeezed out, they look much worse than the pimple itself. And they certainly will not solve our problem and will not bring us closer to the desired goal BEAUTIFUL HEALTHY-LOOKING SKIN. Maybe before we move on to self-cleaning the face, it's worth thinking about it in more detail, think about the effects and the aftermath.

A year ago, when my face looked very bad I said, that they have to do something about it. I went to a friendly beautician for manual facial cleansing. So far, I have never visited beauty salons, because I thought it was a waste of money and actually didn't really believe in the great, stunning effect. After all, many masks can be made by yourself at home, and frankfurters and manual cleaning are probably no secret to anyone. Anyway, I decided to entrust my face to professional hands. Briefly describe what he looked like. A friend first took care of exfoliating dead epidermis from my face, using a peeling gel for this purpose, she then applied a plumping mask to my face to expand the pores of my skin, making it easier to remove any skin impurities. The next step was strictly manual facial cleansing, using a magnifying mirror, and a disposable needle ( task for more severe, deeper-lying lesions). Finally, a soothing mask 60 PLN less in your wallet.

I don't have to tell anyone what my skin looked like immediately after the procedure, All right, it was quite dark already, so I sneaked home unnoticed by my friends. My face was red, clearly irritated, where here and there you could see small wounds caused by needle punctures to squeeze deeper-lying pimples. The next day it was much better, and in the following days the skin slowly regenerated, little scabs came off, and I was able to enjoy an almost perfect complexion. All in all, I achieved it, what I wanted. No lumps, blackheads, smooth and regenerated skin. Unfortunately, the problem returned with a vengeance after a month. A lot of new blackheads appeared on my nose, my pores were visibly enlarged, a couple of new subcutaneous pimples appeared on his forehead, which, unfortunately, have not yet burst to squeeze. I tried to clean my face manually, which is not quite the opposite effect. Until I finally figured it out, that doesn't make sense, I'm actually only exacerbating the condition.

I completely stopped touching my face, 2 times a day I washed it with chamomile or horsetail infusion. I have completely lost interest in my skin, maybe the period in my life also contributed to this state of affairs. new school, duties, extra-curricular activities, meeting friends made it all, that she didn't have much time to feel sorry for her skin and perfect it.

After some time, while doing my daily makeup, I noticed, that I no longer have, so many blackheads, what before. Obviously, the problem won't go away completely, but it was so much better. I was in my teens, so i explained to myself, that it is a temporary period and will soon disappear on its own. I kept my hands away from my face and it wasn't that bad, not including the days before the period itself, when hormones were raging. I also decided, that I will never go to a beautician to clean my face manually again, maybe for another treatment that is not so radical and works much more gently, e.g. cavitation peeling, which is basically one treatment recommended by dermatologists. But at the moment, I couldn't afford it.
