Face peeling

Face peeling.

Dead skin cells cause, the skin is grey, dull, rough and dull. To prevent this, exfoliate the skin regularly, which will significantly improve the condition of the skin, removes fine wrinkles and unevenness, evens out skin tone, shallows shallow scars and eliminates discoloration.

The peeling treatment consists in removing dead epidermis from the skin surface using appropriately selected preparations. We can do it at home or in a beauty salon. It largely depends on it, what effect do we want to achieve. Homemade peeling works mostly on the surface, so it only wipes the outside, dead skin layer. In order for the effects to be satisfactory, we should use it systematically, best 2 times a week.

Beauty salons offer wider possibilities and much clearer effects. We can choose from a wide range of chemical peeling, or undergo a microdermabrasion treatment. Exfoliation of the epidermis occurs at different levels of the dermis. Chemical peels with the use of AHA acids are very effective in lightening discolorations, shallow fine wrinkles, and even treat acne.

Peeling treatments performed in dermatology office reach much deeper layers of the skin, and the effects are visible almost immediately. The skin is often irritated after such a procedure, so it needs time to recover.

The choice of peeling depends on the problem, which we want to eliminate.

  • Oily skin, mixed or normal – mechanical peeling (fine-grained),
  • Dry Skin, sensitive or capillary – enzymatic peeling ( acting gently),

Attention!!! Mechanical peeling should not be used on inflamed skin.

Types of peelings:

  • mechanical (abrasive, scrub) consists in wiping dead skin with the use of creams, gels containing abrasive particles of different thickness, np. apricot seeds, almonds etc. The scrub works like fine sandpaper. With regular use, the skin becomes smoother, and the color evens out.

Indications: normal or oily skin.

Contraindications: people with inflammatory acne problems, should not use this type of peeling. Because irritation of inflammation can cause exacerbation of ailments and the spread of bacteria to the entire face.

  • enzymatic consists in dissolving dead epidermis using creams, enzyme gels. The peeling is gentle on the skin, it is applied to the face like a mask, which after 5-15 minutes is rinsed with warm water or "rolled".

Indications: ideal for people with inflammatory changes due to acne. Peeling does not work as aggressively as mechanical. It is also recommended for people with sensitive skin, dry flask.

  • chemical consists in removing dead epidermis using chemical compounds in a properly selected concentration. AHAs are the most commonly used (alpha-hydroxy acids) np. glycolic acid, mandelic or other fruit acids, that occur naturally in nature. As well as other chemicals such as; salicylic acid (belonging to the beta-hydroxy acids), retinol (vitamin A acid), phenol, TCA (trichloroacetic acid), resorcinol.

Indications: acne (papulopustular), discoloration, acne scars, pigment changes ( such as; sun discoloration, freckles, skin stretch marks), elimination of fine wrinkles, skin smoothing, etc.

  • Peel-off comes in the form of a gel, which is applied to the face like a mask. After a certain time, it is removed in sheets like a "patch".

Indications: oily skin once a week, Dry Skin, every two weeks.
